Very warm welcome from reception staff,I was offered tea / coffee or another refreshment as soon as i arrived , didn't have to wait at all for my appointment . Dawood who was dealing with me was very polite and helpful with any questioni had .

The booking of the vehicle was a dream. The two Service Assistants (Agya and Ewelina) were immaculate and so welcoming. In short, the whole experience was just brilliant. Furthermore, I was kept fully aware of everything concerning my car. Well done.

Nice touch to provide a safety check but you charge so much. Not really worth it on my old car. I had all the issues raised seen to by my usual garage for approx £300.00. You wanted approx £600 just to " investigate" the issues. In summary,

Initial meeting with service advisor was not very welcoming it was like she didn't believe me that my car had an issue, also gave me incorrect information on the warranty cover for the issue I was having. I have emailed them with BMW UK confirmation!

Car has been in workshop a total of six working days on two visits and fault is still the same, I am having to drive a vehicle with a faulty tailgate until 16/3 as they do not know how long repair will take and I would need a courtesy car.

I am Usually very happy with the service at bmw. This was a standard service, I know I have a slow puncture, I didn't need it fixed straight away, however to not put some air in the tyre and let a car leave a £400 service with a flat seems poor

Very easy to book in and communicative throughout. The self check-out option was really helpful as work commitments meant I couldn't make it in before the service staff finished. Eastern BMW couldn't offer an appointment for a further 3 weeks!
