The experience during the sales process was excellent. Anastasia and Jonathan were really helpful. However I've been delivered a brand new car with defects. And since handover I've had to chase the dealer over things on 3 separate occasions.

Car was 2 months late then had to negotiate price again as my trade in devalued more than expected. I had to pay more that agreed deal in Apr. No "gifts" provided for the purchase (was done previously) and no full tank of fuel.

I received an electric courtesy car which had only 8% charge. This was not acceptable. I advised BMW I had a tyre pressure warning. This was not checked. The next day I had to top up the pressure. I consider this poor service.

The sales advisor, Jonathan Kidd answered all my questions and helped me find the best vehicle for me. He brought the demonstrator to my house as i was not able to get to the dealership, and even delived my new car.
