Process was let down by systems failure which meant i was unable to drive away my new car on the day. It was then delivered to me the following day. Disappointing as service had been excellent up until then.

It was a shambles from start to finish. There was practically no communication. When Paul phoned to say the car was ready I made the one hour & a half journey to the garage to be told the car wasn't ready. They had called the wrong customer!

Although my car was in the garage for a week waiting on getting connected to bmw technical to sort out the update failure and then waiting for a spare part, I was kept updated by Shaun as to the progress of the repair.

Tech resolved the issue which had plagued my ownership since day one. Peter Vardy tried multiple times but couldn't fix it, first visit in and it was solved while doing the service. Very pleased!!

I had a problem as my car was under a service plan with the last dealer (Peter Vardy) and they could not find any note of this on their system. I had to pay and they told me to message them to get reimbursed when I found the paperwork. I have emailed

Car still in garage after almost 3 weeks because of drive train error/ running on 3/4 cylinders - awaiting final cause of problem and cost to fix.

I was told I could drop my car off by 6pm the day before. Due to traffic issues I arrived at 5:58 but the service staff had already left. A sales rep did acknowledge me but was rather unhelpful so I had to leave and arrange to return the next morning

The whole process of dropping off my car and picking up the curtesy car went very smoothly. The work was carried out quickly and effectively. My service representative Ewilena was very friendly and efficient.

I found the experience good. She tried to get it done quickly although I expected it to be done quickly as I had arrived early so they had the car. My only issue is that I was told it hadn't been allocated a time which puzzled me!

Amazing (the work, report, valet, brilliant). Spoiled by the lack of pick up/drop off. I live in the Borders and you're left to walk around in Edinburgh for 8 hours. 2 shopping, .5 lunch, so 5.5 hours of walkabout (in winter!) Was ill for days after.

Was phoned by the service team at Douglas Park to tell me there was a recall. Hadn't received a letter from BMW, but booked in. 35 mile drive and left car for car to find out that recall didn't apply to my car. So wasted journey.

Initial conversation on the phone to book the service was good with David. The booking in at reception was a very dull emotionless experience. I waited on my on my car and was told I'd be updated on progress. Not once did this happen.

A member of the service team fully informed me of what needed to be done and the price etc. Usually in the past during the service I was sent a video link from the mechanic who gave a running report and visual of any wear and tear, brake. None?

Absolutely appalling service. Called at 3 in the afternoon to say they have checked the problem and need to order the part. It was booked in for a replacement part not a check. Beyond incompetence

In the past when I brought my car for service, I would get a detailed Health Check report on the condition of the vehicle. This time it wasn't provided as the new owners (Douglas Park) don't provide it. It would be still good to have one.

Car failed MOT on fuel leak and tower electrics. Douglas Park retained the car to fix the fuel leak but not the electrical issue as the towbar had been fitted privately.

Was disappointed to find that the guest wifi was not available. Also the video of the routine check on the car was not available for me to see. Usually you receive a report on the general check over of your car, i always found this useful.

The experiance left a lot to be desired as I mentioned when I booked my car in the trim on the gear ever had broken and asked for it to be looked at and I was going to be charged £1300 for it to be replaced by then escalated the issue under warranty
