Dealership was easy to deal with. Sales personnel were knowledgeable and flexible in their approach eg I requested a second test drive and this was arranged without any questions or issue. Dealership kept me informed of delivery timescale.

I had an initial call with the sales agent. He listened to my requirements and stuck to them. I appreciated not being given the hard sell as it wasn't needed. Very pleased with the car and although increase in price, feels like a fair deal.

Perfect service! Megan was very patient with us as we decided exactly what we would like in our new car. Once we had decided she very quickly located and arranged delivery of the car. It was a nice personal touch that she also gifted me flowers!

Appointment times for test drive and purchase were made to suit me as I live in York. As travel would be involved for purchase and collection, keeping me informed of these appointments was excellent and I was able to schedule my visits to Edinburgh.

Various faults over 12 months, Rattles from inside boot after delivery, bolt found missing from suspension after complaining about banging underneath, headlight misting up. Issues all fixed but now lost confidence in the car and BMW ownership

The service was completed as expected, I was happy with the vehicle's assessment. Staff provided good comms and I did not feel that any unnecessary sales pressure tactics were employed throughout the process.

The car was left outside the showroom without the handbrake engaged.As I drove away and had to use the handbrake the original message-parking brake failure reappeared. Car went back into garage-only to reappear with the same fault. 2 days to fix.

After reviewing the inspection video the tech states the rear seal has failed and has gaps so must be replaced so to be given car back and not been replaced but now have larger gap in seal is pretty poor service

I was quoted over the phone £292 for the service and requested a courtesy car for the day. At arrival it was £354 and there was no courtesy car. Thankfully a very capable employee sort it out for me, she was very kind.

Liked being able to pop in and drop the keys in a secure box without having to wait for a member of staff. The car was only in for a recall but appreciated the health check and wash/hoover. On collecting the car the service advisor was very cheerful.

Easy arrange the service, but thought the check-in process via machine was unnecessary when you had people sitting at a desk doing very little. Had a call in the morning and then nothing until I turned up at night so comms could have been better.
