I am overall happy but not marking with the highest score because I think they could've been more proactive with communication. They only provided updates to the delivery date when I chased them

Generally good service. Professional and courteous. 9 out of 10. Sales staff not always available on call in. Too short notice on pick-up requirements. Wrong registration number delivered. Doc sharing system not fit for purpose.

From start to finish the whole experience was first class. We handed over our keys to Kimberley Wilson who explained how the MOT would be dealt with and gave us the keys to our courtesy car. Our car was ready at the agreed time.

I booked to have brake fluid replaced & MOT. Instructions to clean the car inside and out were clearly stated on my form (this had not happened previously). At pick up, I was kept waiting for 20+ minutes (text not received). Car was not cleaned.

My car was booked in for a 'while you wait' service. I had the car back after about 90 minutes, so all good!

The dealership is not really geared up to accommodate working while you wait for your car. I've been to Mini Dealerships that have much better facilities

Waited 3 hours for my service, not a problem however I was disappointed not to be offered a drink especially after finding out that my husband was offered refreshments the next day when in for a much shorter time picking up his car.

I've been here before,I know what good service looks like. From start, I was served at the waiting area,as opposed to before where I would be taken to a desk in the back. Was told car would be washed and it wasn't. Grime spots left inside on leather

Ewelina dealt with me, & from the moment she approached, all was well. She was exceptional. Not in any particular way, but in all ways. I felt valued, listened to & understood, & all with a smile. Not too common these days. Please treat her the same.

During the previous ownership under Peter Vardy (Group?) a collection/drop-off service was offered for MOT and Service appointments. This is no longer available and therefore expended significantly more time managing the appointment.

Good service. Was told I needed a new tyre because one was under inflated. Yes it was, but the reason for wear was bad alignment which BMW addressed months ago. Nothing to do with under inflation.

Very pleased indeed; booked the service (brake fluid replacement) with a slot that allowed me to remain in the showroom. Ms Wilson kept me fully informed of service status and the vehicle health check paperwork was comprehensive. Car valeted - v good

The work required for the MOT was all fine. However, a Service light came on immediately afterwards although it is 9,000 miles to go. If this is an annual check wasn't the MOT sufficient?
